Housing
Great Northern University takes pride in providing a unique residence housing experience. GNU provides housing for men, women, and married students in residential homes in the neighborhood around campus. Our residence housing model maximizes a student's ability to grow in community with other students, while also helping them develop real-life skills. By the time our students graduate, they are experts at living in an urban environment, and they've become proficient at managing purposeful relationships with others.
GNU student housing is required for the first year for all incoming students. For more information, email our Assistant Campus Life Coordinator, Racheal Deakin, at rdeakin@gnu.edu.
Student housing is also available to all students and alumni of Great Northern University.
- Students provide their own meals in their houses, which are equipped with full kitchens.1
- To live in student housing, students are required to sign and abide by GNU's Student Housing Agreement.
Some GNU houses have a Resident Advisor (RA) to help acclimate and assist new students. RA's will help new students navigate living in Spokane, and learn the in's-and-out's of being at GNU. They excel in helping students be successful in their new community.
